You do not need the whole path. Just your next move.

Choose a destination on the map. Navigate one roadblock. Leave with a first-week route you can actually use.

No login. No pass or fail. A starter plan, not a readiness score.

Know my readiness first

Where do you want to grow?

  • Career readiness: Turn preparation into evidence.
  • Communication: Make your ideas understood.
  • Self-leadership: Make your intentions dependable.
  • Digital confidence: Use tools with purpose.
  • Better learning: Keep growing independently.

What slows you down?

  • I do not know where to start: Find a first step you can actually take.
  • I struggle to stay consistent: Build a rhythm that fits your day.
  • I hesitate to put myself forward: Build confidence through small evidence.
  • I learn but do not apply enough: Turn information into something useful.
  • I find change difficult: Try one manageable experiment.

A reflection, not a diagnosis.

Your next chapter. One week. Three steps.

A suggested practice plan, not an assessed readiness result.

  1. Day 1: Make it small.
  2. Days 2-5: Put your goal into practice.
  3. Days 6-7: Reflect and choose your next step.

Set your first action, mark practice progress and download your route to keep it.

No pass or fail. Your starting point is information, not a verdict.

Is this roadmap based on my assessment results?

No. This starter plan uses your selected goal and obstacle. It does not access your report or calculate your SRI, Matrix or Readiness Type. Use your actual report to decide which development areas to prioritise.

Do I need to complete the checklist first?

No. You can take the assessment whenever you are ready. The starter plan gives you a practical introduction to reflection and growth.

Will my checklist be saved?

It remains in this page’s memory and clears when you reload or leave. Set your first action, then download the TXT plan to keep it with your actions and marked progress. The page does not ask for your name or contact details.

What should I prepare for the assessment?

Use a stable internet connection, allow about 45 minutes overall and review the camera, permissions, invigilation requirements and consent on the assessment page before you start.
