Readiness, made visible.
The framework covers 5 categories, 21 skill groups and 88 competencies: Cognitive, Interpersonal, Self-Leadership, Digital and Self-Directed Learning. The Gurukul Readiness Matrix (GRM) presents your category, skill-group and competency view. Gurukul Readiness Type (GRT) describes the relative pattern of five category scores with a readiness band. Results are a starting point for reflection, not a prediction of your future.

The National Competency Intelligence Network (NCIN) is Gurukul's national initiative connecting learners, mentors and institutions around competencies. The India Skill Readiness Index brings participating assessment results into a wider picture of strengths and development needs.

Har Ghar Gurukul: every home can support learning, practice, reflection and shared experience. Members identify needs, volunteers support learning, local groups organise and the platform connects resources and competency frameworks.

Respect, consent and clear responsibilities help a community grow. The skill readiness assessment is free. Learning programmes and membership may have separate terms.
