Refund Policy

At Dhee Vidhya Guru, we are committed to providing you educational and learning products and services which include but not limited to the best Trainers, Coaches, Tutors & counselors who are capable of delivering outstanding learning experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the selected service or product after the initial session or use, please call us and we will help you to resolve your query to ensure your satisfaction. If you remain dissatisfied, we will issue you a full refund of all unused hours, based on the following refund policy:

  1. Child education & development counseling services are provided by experts in the education industry and are invited based on appointments fixed. In case of any counseling session not availed Dhee Vidhya Guru is entitled to provide and arrange appropriate counselors. All counseling services are onetime nonrefundable fees.

  2. Students who want to discontinue any of our services within 15 days from the start of the course will be eligible for a 100% refund of fees under the ‘Money Back Guarantee’ scheme.

  3. In the case of monthly fee payment or term payment, if the request for cancellation/discontinuation of the course comes after 15 days, a refund will be done on a pro-rated basis. However, the registration fee will not be refunded.

  4. In case of discontinuation of the service by any tutor, there will not be any refund of the fee for the time period served by the said tutor. However, Dhee Vidhya Guru will be responsible for arranging another tutor, ensuring continuity of the teaching.

  5. Students are eligible for a refund under various categories detailed above only if they have regularly attended the classes for the respective periods.

  6. Once the fee is refunded, the student will cease to have access to the content & services provided by Dhee Vidhya Guru.

  7. Request for cancellation/discontinuation of the course and refund of fee shall be made via e-mail at cancellation[at]dnc[at]dhee[dot]guru. There will be no refund of any fee for the period from the date of commencement of classes till the date of receipt of a request for cancellation/ discontinuation.

  8. All claims for refund of course fees will be subject to scrutiny and the final decision by the Management.

  9. The decision on the refund will be communicated to the students/guardians/parents together with the needful steps within 1 month from the date of receipt of the request for cancellation of the course and refund of the course fee.

  10. Dhee Vidhya Guru reserves the right to alter the terms of the refund at any point in time.

  11. Any disputes arising out of the services provided or the claim for refund of the tuition fee will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

  • Perishable Educational Kits, Accessories or supplies.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at return[at]dhee[dot]guru and send your item to: 2SF 4/104 Ramesh Nagar, West Delhi, Delhi India 110015.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2SF 4/104 Ramesh Nagar, West Delhi, Delhi India 110015.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over ₹5000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
